Intergenerational classes for adults of any age, without or with dance experience, are coming to The Hawth in Crawley for 12 weeks. Starting on Weds 3 Sept, sessions are designed to develop awareness and connection to our bodies and each other through use of imagery and playful exploration, build confidence and social connection and develop technical and creative skills in a safe and supported way.

The intention is for everyone to feel welcome and comfortable in these classes, with first sessions offered for free so participants can find out what it’s all about before committing.

Join a growing and lovely community to connect, move, dance and laugh through gentle and accessible movement improvisations and exercises. With an already established class schedule in Brighton, London and online, you’ll be in safe hands with the experienced team at Flexer & Sandiland.
